Research continues to advance sUAS technology and expand new organizational opportunities. The UAS CORE GROUP is dedicated to furthering that research tradition for the benefit of all is clients. Following the applied research models used by the Department of Defense (Technology Readiness Levels -TRLs) and Carnegie Mellon University, UAS CORE GROUP has developed its own research maturity model that drives its R&D agenda. The progression from theory to field test to practice keeps the focus on sUAS-based solutions that serve real-world needs.
In conjunction with its partners from around the world, UAS CORE GROUP experts engage in proof-of-concept development and testing of unique sUAS applications targeted to specific industries such as fire services, law enforcement, public and private critical infrastructure, and more.
Research at UAS CORE GROUP is conducted by experts well versed in the research tradition. They hail from engineering, computer science, and similar research-focused programs at renowned academic institutions. These individuals have spent years honing their skills and research interests.
